Paper Format

All papers should have between 8-10 pages including images and references. The papers must be written in English following the template provided by Springer. The template is blank but, inside, you will find the different styles for titles, paragraphs, etc. The Word template is available here.

Some clarifications:

  • Do not change margins or page size.
  • Do not include subtitles, only titles. If you want to include a subtitle use colon.
  • The abstract must have between 150-250 words.
  • Reference Format is Springer Basic Style (cite with a number, no with author and year). If you use Endnote, you can use Lecture Notes in Computer Science style. Same style for Zotero .
  • You can download the LaTeX template here.  Use the “author” template.

First Submission

Paper proposals must be submitted using PDF in the EasyChair conference management platform. To ensure a double-blind peer review process, authors must submit their papers anonymously. Remove author information and identifying information in the first submission.

All submitted papers undergo an initial evaluation by the Track Chairs to ensure they align with the scope and topics of the conference. After the initial check, each submission is subjected to a double-blind peer review process, meaning that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. At least two independent reviewers from the International Scientific Committee evaluate each paper.

Check deadlines here.
